Pastoral Team

The Pastoral care team seek to support our congregation in a variety of ways as each member of the team seek to use their gifts.

We have all received training and we participate in ongoing courses.

We visit people in their own homes and in care homes providing a listening ear, companionship, home communion and signposting to local services.

We are involved in providing a Friendship lunch, Anna Chaplaincy, Hearing Champions, supporting The Meeting Place and serving coffee on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Although we frequently work alone we support one another and are supported by the Ministry team and our safeguarding officer.

We frequently reflect that we are blessed and uplifted by this role and it is a privilege to serve our community.
